Customized programmes

Each participant will take part in a comprehensive ski technique test in order to find out his actual training condition.

It goes without saying that state-of-the-art scientific research will be combined with professional working methods. Video analysis in both racing and individual techniques will deliver exact data about the participants’ achievement level and potential.

The results of all tests will be analysed by a trainer team and serve as basis for the definition of the individual training plan. Permanent video analysis during the training programme will serve as an important tool for the dialogue between the trainer and the athlete.

• Furthermore, each participant will receive documentation with the test results and instructions designed to serve as a basis for the further professional training support.
